Do not do business with them, they are all about the fine print of their contracts, and will do everything to squeeze every single dollar possible. If you do be sure to read it carefully, they hide their tenants portal making it non searchable on Google, lack costumer service, reply late to your emails and simply will not cooperate with you in any possible way. I will not do nor recommend any further business with them.

Total lack of professionalism and courtesy. I saw a few spaces in one of their buildings after some confusion and phone calls, as their agent Ryan went to the wrong building at the time we had set to meet. After seeing a few units I followed up with questions about a couple of the spaces we had seen and more extensive information about what I was looking for, as the broker told me he had other buildings in the area that might also be a fit for what I needed. When my email went unanswered for over a week I followed up and got a rude one sentence response. What a disappointing experience.
