Impress Ink Screen Printing & Embroidery

Update: The item was found, a refund for the embroidery service was processed, & they threw in some merch. 3/5 because the embroidery looks great but the overall experience was a hastle. Richelle was super nice through this entire process. On Nov 19th I dropped an apron off to be embroidered. On 12/2 I realized no one has called to say if the order is done but it was a holiday so maybe it was delayed. Customer service stated that the item appears to be done and should be up from the embroidery department after 5pm that day. Then I looked in my customer account it shows that the item was complete (embroidery sew out) on 11/24. A few days later on 12/8 I again called to verify that the item was complete bc the previous phone call left me feeling questionable. I was told that the company would call me back. 30 minutes later I had not received a call so again, I contacted the company. I was then told yes, the item is done and to come get it. Due to my work schedule I would not be able to come in for a couple days. Now on 12/16 I finally get a phone call saying that the item is lost. This particular item was for sale at only two websites and was a special collab. It can not be repurchased. They did offer replicate the embroidery on a similar item but the replications was not that close to the original. A refund for the item and the embroidery is pending. I absolutely would not recommend this service. Had they have contacted me in a timely matter it might have been able to be repurchased. Instead I was lied to until I was about to have to be told to my face and not via phone call. Now I’m left with no apron and a waste of 3 weeks.

I needed a reputable and local shop that did embroidery. Matthew was recommended to me and I am very pleased by his expertise. Asked me questions which helped us narrow down which products would work well with my ideas. He was very quick to reply to messages. I don't have much experience with these things, and he made it really easy. The quality of the embroidery was even better than I expected. The shirts have held up great and I'm glad I went with a better option. Money well spent for a product that will last me years for sure.
