I had a disappointing experience with this clinic. My lymphatic massage appointment was cancelled because I hadn’t completed the required forms—something that was never clearly communicated to me in advance. I called three times after the cancellation to clarify, but the response I received was far from welcoming. The staff member (Shiela) I spoke with was dismissive and unhelpful. As a new customer, I expected a more courteous approach. Good that it happened because, I was saved from wasting my money. For your below response- Thanks for Cancelling my appointment 7 hours before the due appointment. With Such a GOOD attitude, wishing you luck for the prospective clients.

Attended my first lymphatic drainage appointment, and it's safe to say I will be a returning customer. The environment is very clean, calm, and welcoming, with serene music, dim lights, a comfortable cot, and a masseuse who was very friendly from the moment I walked in. She is gentle yet firm with her techniques, I was so calm and relaxed that I almost dozed off several times. The 45 minutes flew by, I never wanted it to end! I made sure to book my next appointment right away, it hasn't even been 24hrs and I already can't wait for my next massage.

I had my first relaxation massage with Sherla and loved every second of it! I was booked in for 30 minutes and I was able to target my back for the most part which I have been meaning to work on for a while. Sherla was amazing and easy to converse with. I was able to talk to her about some concerns with my future and she reassured me during our session which I appreciated so much. Not only did I leave feeling great physically, but mentally as well! Definitely will be coming back soon :)

I had an appointment scheduled at the County Court location, but due to an unexpected emergency, I had to cancel last minute. Understanding that last-minute cancellations can be inconvenient, I reached out via text to inform the clinic. The response I received was not only unexpected but felt unnecessarily harsh: “Well, that’s unfortunate. You also haven’t completed the intake form. You do not have to book with us in the future, but please if you are booking with other clinics, please do not take a spot that can be used by someone that actually requires the appointment. It’s unfair to the therapist and a potential patient that is in need. All the best with your daughter. I will remove you from our system." I fully acknowledge that cancellations can be frustrating for any clinic, and I would have been more than willing to pay a cancellation fee to compensate for the lost appointment slot. However, I found the tone of their response both surprising and unnecessary. Needless to say, I will not be returning, and I’m fairly certain they don’t want me to. I hope this review helps others consider the type of service and communication they may encounter here.
