Customer experiences
It was our first experience at this place and we loved it! The whole environment is beautifully decorated, and the TVs show cartoons, which really helps keep the kids calm and entertained during their treatment. The dentist was very patient and had a calm, gentle voice that made my son feel relaxed and comfortable with everything that was being done. We had a great experience!
Alejandro is the worst receptionist imaginable. My daughter was fired from this office for “missing” appointments that have valid hospital records. When I asked him to inform the doctor of this he said “no I will confirm with the doctor only what is written in our system”. 1st appointment he stated they have in the record that my daughter was in the emergency room at Hasbro 11/10/21. The next date listed is 7/21/2022 which is her brothers date of birth. He is also a patient there so I told him to pull her brothers chart and they will see that. I remember calling on 7/20/2022 to tell them that I was in labor and she would be missing her appointment. The receptionist is claiming I “confirmed” the appointment the day I gave birth. Any woman or mother will know that’s not even logical. 12/13/23 the office called me and cancelled her appointment I believe they said it was due to switching receptionists and that they overbooked and didn’t have a doctor in office to see her. We rescheduled it, not my fault yet they counted it as a missed appointment. I asked him to inform the doctor of the scenarios and offered to bring in records as proof and he was refusing and said he will only tell the doctor what they have in their system. He even said “I can only confirm 7/21/22 is your sons birthday not that you were in labor” like sir please. That is absolutely absurd. His customer service is terrible. I asked to record the call after refusing to give me any confirmation that he noted the call, the receptionist said he did not give consent so I can not utilize a recording but Dr. Sheila Brijade DDS, MS please check your phone records from today 8/29/25 to listen to a call that took place at 1:10pm to clearly hear your receptionist refusing medical records.
Never bringing my niece back. They treated my 3 year old princess HORRIBLY. The dentist was so rough with her and visibly upset that they had to do work on her mouth. My poor niece was crying and screaming in the chair. Mouth pain is a lot for an adult, I would expect more patience and better customer service when it’s a 3 year old in that chair. She is traumatized and cried so much begging not to ever go back. This was her 1st dental experience and I have no words. So traumatizing and I would rather have paid out of pocket and brought her somewhere else had I known it would be like that. I will never bring her back.
After a year of horrible service I finally decided to leave and I’m never coming back! Do not bring your kids here! They are absolutely rude and rough with the kids. It’s impossible to get an appointment and you do get one, everything is rushed because they overbook to make money. Horrible horrible.
