He is knowledgeable, professional, cost effective, friendly and accommodating and the products he uses are very effective. When we first bought our home, we knew we wanted to find a quality pest control company that was local. Marcus is your guy! He is a hardworking family man who is thorough and knowledgeable. Every time he services our home, he takes his time walking around working his magic while he explains everything to my husband. On time, friendly, effective treatments, and will come out in between the quarterly visits if you have any concerns. I also love how we only see him every 3 months yet he will still remember things about us as his customers. Can’t get a better company than Optimal Termite & Pest!
