I contacted Jen earlier this year on a good friend's recommendation to work with her on finding a home for myself in Ottawa. Jen is very responsive, super knowledgeable of many neighbourhoods especially where I was looking (Hintonburg/ Westboro), and the housing market in general. I especially appreciated the level-headed advice she gave me about places that wouldn't work for me. And when I found the place that would become my dream home (so close to the Kichi Zibi/ Ottawa River), she expertly lead the buying process with great support from Ami. Much gratitude! Our Experience with Diane, Jen and Ami was very positive. Our first meeting was with Diane in the summer of 2023. Clearly this was an expert in the industry, setting up a digital portal for us to view bungalows in our budget. Di was very patient whilst she began steps of her retirement. Enter her partner Jen Stewart into the picture where she assumed the role of our lead real estate agent, along with her colleague Ami Jarvis who was so pleasant and helpful. We kept our search to a 30 minute radius of S.W. of Ottawa so to stay close to our large family members ranging from East Toronto to Ottawa and West Montreal. Eventually we started to hone the search attempting to have a low Reno or turnkey home and within our budget. We came close on a newer townhome in Manitock, but that was not to be. Then an attractive bungalow came into our budget window at the Equinelle Golf ⛳ course. Although 35 minutes from Ottawa, this gem checked a lot more boxes. Jenn & Ami picked us up in Ottawa during an early January 2024 family visit to see this nice 4 year old bungalow 200 yards from the Equinelle Golf & Resident golf ⛳ club. I was excited although my spouse wasn't totally sold. We decided to put an offer in which ended up being accepted and on January 8, 2024 we became owners of a finished home with a completed lower level and all landscaped. I was over the moon with our choice. Once we got a closer look at the town of Kemptville and the very nice amenities of the Equinelle Golf & Resident club then my spouse began to believe this had been a good choice. Thanks so much to Di, Jenn and Ami for steering us through this challenging time in our life. Thanks also for the recent house warming gifts and pleasant visit from Jenn & Ami. They are excellent and we would highly recommend them.
