It has now been 10 days since I raised my complaint, and I am still waiting for a real solution. I received a response from someone named Sangita, who thanked me for my feedback and said they made "some changes" after speaking with the instructor. She encouraged me to attend the next sessions, but the issues go beyond just attending classes. The course materials are poorly prepared—they lack proper PPTs, and the instructor mainly uses Notepad, writing one word at a time. They don’t cover all topics as promised; instead, they just read out definitions, which is far from the in-depth instruction I expected for a professional certification. Attending more sessions under these conditions would just waste more of my time. I had hoped for a better response, but the organization seems unwilling to address the root issues seriously. I’ll continue to update this review based on any further actions, but for now, my experience with ICSS has been disappointing.
