Excellent shop with lovely options. Whilst staff seemed friendly, they did tend to do more chatting in the back than serving in the front. Saw a person waiting for 3min before higher management had to intervene. Perhaps a bell on the front desk would benefit?

I don’t usually write reviews but I’m hoping this will encourage them to change their practices. We waited for ages to be served and whilst doing so observed a women behind the counter who had an awful cold, or worse make up orders. She was constantly coughing, although mostly into her elbow she was not wearing a face mask so was breathing all over the food, she wasn’t wearing gloves whilst she picked up food with her hands and worst of all on more than one occasion she used the palm of her hand to wipe her nose. Unfortunately we were too embryo leave so had to place our order, we watched her wipe her nose then pick up my baguette. On leaving the shop we immediately had to throw it in the bin. Please change the way you do things for everyone’s sake.

I can't praise the staff here highly enough; from placing the order, to collection, the staff were absolutely fab. They went above and beyond to help make our joint birthday lunch extra special. The picnic boxes are amazing! They're HUGE, very fresh, and excellent value for money. Thank you so much, we'll definitely be ordering from you again! Special thanks to Karen (despite being extremely busy, our boxes were ready for collection on time!) x
