I am deeply disappointed with the service I received. We had arranged for two contractors to come to our property, but only one showed up, and they were delayed by three hours. This delay was particularly frustrating because the previous Friday, there was a no-call, no-show, which forced me to take time off work to accommodate the scheduled visit. When I tried to address these issues, the CEO's response was not only unhelpful but also rude and dismissive. There was no attempt to negotiate or offer any form of compensation for the inconvenience caused. The lack of professionalism and poor communication throughout the process left a lot to be desired. Overall, the customer service experience was extremely poor, and I would caution others against using this company based on my experience.

Stephen and his crew at ICCS helped resolve some draining issues in my backyard as well as trench downspouts. They were professional, courteous and did a fantastic job. Stephen was timely, knowledgeable and patient as he addressed all my questions and concerns. I highly recommend this company.

Totally and utterly disgraceful! They are rude and unaccommodating. I would recommend going elsewhere if you ever want anything done. Their pricing was beyond awful! They will rip you off and treat you like dirt. Run away from these clowns
