The team was great from start to finish. Many steps were taken to reduce the dust from the sanding process. They showed up and showed out! Everyday Tony was on time and I was very impressed with their rookies in training. They seemed like they have been doing this for years. My oak floors look absolutely beautiful now, we were scheduled for a week worth of work with some repairs needing done, job was completed a day earlier than expected. Thanks again guys!

Hired the guys to fill in a missing section of wood flooring and a sand and seal all of our downstairs. Work was done quickly and with great updates along the way. We were able to communicate and James was able to resolve any issues that popped up along the way!

We had these guys come out to fix the hardwood floors at my grandma’s house, and I honestly can’t believe the transformation. The floors were in rough shape. Wood panels were sticking up, some were cracked, and it just looked worn out and uneven. After they finished, it looked like a completely different room. Smooth, even, and the finish is absolutely beautiful. You can tell they really knew what they were doing and took pride in their work. My grandma couldn’t stop smiling when she saw it. Highly recommend if you want quality work done right

EDIT: I have changed my rating from 2 stars to 1. The reason? One of the contractors drank a whole bottle of bourbon I had. I didn't realize it until now because I was upstairs the entire time they were here while they were working. I only interacted with them a few times to discuss their work. I suspected he was drinking. I could smell it on him. I just didn't know he was drinking MY BOURBON! I would first like to start with the Pros. The work once finished was really good. This is the reason for 2 stars and not 1. Unfortunately. That is the only positive thing I can say about them. This should have been a 4 day job that turned into 7 days. They were late 3-4 hours late every day except 1 day. One day they decided not only to be really late (more than 3 hours), they only stayed for an hour. One evening they worked until 0030 HRS to try and catch up on work. I normally would not have allowed them to stay this late but I needed them to finish. On more than one occasion they needed to "go to the store" to get supplies they didn't have. This would cause them to be gone for hours during the work day. This meant no work was being completed. This may not be that bad but the entire work crew would leave to do this. When I was finally able to make contact with the owner. He made nothing but excuses for his crew. On the finial day(day 7) he said his crew would be on time at 0900 HRS to begin work. They didn't show up until 1230 HRS. I mentioned this was a problem because they were late again and they had several hours of work remaining. He informed me they only had 3 hours of work. They didn't finish until after 2100 HRS. They left trash and cigarette butts all over my front porch and house. Once finished they did not remove the plastic or clean the sawdust from my kitchen. They clogged my downstairs bathroom and didn't inform us. They kept using it while it was clogged. They broke vent covers and a vase and didn't inform me.
