I would give 0 if I could. During the government shut down I have not been able to pay my bills till the government is back up because I rely on my husbands check. I rely on that because my husband was Active Duty Military and passed away. He had that in place so I didn’t have to work and I could worry about raising our daughter. My husband died in the line of duty and they’re RUDE and DOWNRIGHT DISRESPECTFUL employees told me I should go get a job and stop living off the Government. no respect for the military or military families. This place should be blacklisted. I suggest anyone that is military or support military, and their families NEVER use this downright degraded place!!!!! I have never in my life have someone talk to me the way their employee did! Disrespectful,rude, and unprofessional.

I'm behind on my car payment and have made promises to pay but due to other issues, like rent, food, and other bills I have been unable to keep the arrangements. I was speaking to a woman Katelyn today who seemed like she was genuinely trying to help me when her supervisor (a man) took the phone and told me to turn my car in or they're coming to get it. I have kept constant communication with them regarding my payment status, I'm not avoiding this at all. Their communication style is so rude and demeaning, like I'm having a hard time, I've paid 8,000 in this car in 3 years, I'm not going anywhere. They tell u to call and work out acceptable payment arrangements then yell at you and belittle u.

Im not big on loans and finance companies but when i got my car from Oak Motors they were the ones to approve me with low down payment and helped me get the car i wanted with low payments, especially finance Manager Angela from them is a great big help. Had an issue and she knew i always paid my car on time and never asked for help i recently called in to ask for help as i was financially stuck and she helped me out made sure i could pay what i could and took care of the rest to ensure not only is my car still paid on time but took the time to listen and understand my situation. Highly recommend them to anybody !

Stay far away from them! They absolutely make the rules up as they go. Account managers are absolutely not knowledgeable and tend to lie and mislead you!. The “Director” is also a joke that will never deal with you directly. Just stay away and do not sign up for this headache. Update Not only has no one reached out I have emailed my account manager many times Dan Nikel with 0 responses. Thee communication here is absolutely horrible!
