Customer experiences
After a total knee replacement on February 28, 2022, I chose Indiana Physical Therapy for my therapy. I am so glad I did. I had a great experience working with the owner, Troy Smith. He is an excellent therapist and he knows what is best for his customers. He works you hard within your limits. He was a great motivator for me! I highly recommend Troy and am so thankful for his expertise.
Troy, the owner was great. My first experience with PT was three years ago as a result of my first shoulder replacement. That experience was horrible and I eventually stopped going. I had my second shoulder replacement 2 1/2 months ago and am happy to say Troy is a miracle worker. He is extremely knowledgeable in his profession. The mobility in my shoulder is excellent! I am so glad I found him and recommend him in a heartbeat! I find him very personable and will miss our early morning chats about life!
I was referred by my Ortho doctor for physical therapy due to a shoulder injury. I chose Indiana Physical Therapy due to the convenience of the location, and the reviews. The first day I came there, the receptionist was very accommodating, friendly, and was very patient with my questions and suggested a therapist based off of my particular situation. She referred me to a Physical Therapist named Jarred. When I first met him, he immediately made me feel comfortable and helped me relax as I was a bit nervous initially. I always showed up 5-10 mins early and never had to wait past my appointment time. Jarred always took his time with me showing me different exercises/stretches to help with my particular injury. He would change things up from time to time and give me "homework" with some resistance band/tapes, so there was no excuse to not do the exercises at home. I could see improvement and less pain within 3-4 visits, so I kept going and adhering to the plan that he had sat out for me. After approximately 6 weeks, I had no more shoulder pain, and that is still the case today approximately 3-4 months later. I highly recommend Indiana Physical Therapy, especially Jarred at the Lahmeyer Rd location, and should I have any further injuries or discomfort, I will be returning to this location and requesting this therapist.
I came in on my first visit in quite a bit of pain. Jarred asked alot of questions to understand my pain. With only a couple weeks of therapy, I am almost pain free with the ability to play a sport twice a week. If you need physical therapy, I encourage you to try Indiana Physical therapy. It is a fun atmosphere with a very friendly staff that makes you feel very comfortable.
