N. BreedtThe service at this company is incredibly poor. I ordered and paid for band saw blades on the 1st of May and still have not received them. When I phone to ask what is going on they said they received my money and did not know what it was for. This is just absolutely horrible.
Just Break OutI have dealt with a gentleman called Doug. Very good service until I made the payment and then the service was pathetic. He did not return call or emails. This kind of service really makes my blood boil as initially I was very happy, until the sale was made. I returned an item that was not correct, 19 Jan 2018, now it is Nov 2018 and I still do not have my refund. I will really have to be struggling to find an item somewhere else before I would deal with TA again.
andrew cThis company has really gone down in the past few years. Their prices have shot up higher than the opposition and never have half the items as advertised in the catalog. Don't know why they have got so bad. Used to be here probably once a week. Now i only go here like once every two months. Management get yourselves sorted. Was a great company for the main reason that they stocked it all and was a one stop shop. Now I don't even bother! Such a shame used to really admire this company.
Kim GobyNot a patch on Toolquip & Allied which was bought out by Industri. There seem to be a lot of new staff learning the ropes and I have experienced better service in recent months. Stock levels of tooling & equipment also seems to be getting better. Tazkia is my go to person, very dynamic person.
