The service at this company is incredibly poor. I ordered and paid for band saw blades on the 1st of May and still have not received them. When I phone to ask what is going on they said they received my money and did not know what it was for. This is just absolutely horrible.

I have dealt with a gentleman called Doug. Very good service until I made the payment and then the service was pathetic. He did not return call or emails. This kind of service really makes my blood boil as initially I was very happy, until the sale was made. I returned an item that was not correct, 19 Jan 2018, now it is Nov 2018 and I still do not have my refund. I will really have to be struggling to find an item somewhere else before I would deal with TA again.

This company has really gone down in the past few years. Their prices have shot up higher than the opposition and never have half the items as advertised in the catalog. Don't know why they have got so bad. Used to be here probably once a week. Now i only go here like once every two months. Management get yourselves sorted. Was a great company for the main reason that they stocked it all and was a one stop shop. Now I don't even bother! Such a shame used to really admire this company.

Not a patch on Toolquip & Allied which was bought out by Industri. There seem to be a lot of new staff learning the ropes and I have experienced better service in recent months. Stock levels of tooling & equipment also seems to be getting better. Tazkia is my go to person, very dynamic person.

Very bad service. Salesman answered his phone while he was supposed to be assisting me and I had to wait at the counter while he kept on taking calls instead of assisting a customer at the counter. After 25 minutes of half hearted assistance and frustration from my side, I took my samples and left. The reason I went to Industri was also because they delivered the incorrect product to me. Sales staff now come across as inexperienced and have an "I dont care" attitude. Sad to see what used to be a thriving company come to this. No stock, supply wrong products and the worst attitude I have seen for a while from a sales person. Very unhappy and I will not set foot in this place again.

Half an hour to get served, 7 people behind the counter, 3 customers and l - so they must have thought - was an ornament, or as one sales person thought l belonged to another customer. Then l spent 20 minutes with the sales person before l was told my 6 drills are ready for collection and then l waited another + 20 min. before they brought the items from the store. I have dealt with this company for 25 years. They must have a new management which knows everything better than the old one! Bravo T&A you must really be customer orientated!! MINUS RATING

Staff make excuses and dance around orders but fail to actually help customers. They're happy to take my money, but refuse to deliver my parts. I hope they go under soon. Take your business elsewhere
