I have had 3 appointments and every one has gotten better! They have all been excellent and the reason they have gotten better is because Andrenique gives her advice on where I have regular discomfort for body pain and some ideas around exercise and posture that I have implemented into my daily routine. When I was nervous to ask her to adjust with a deeper technique and to massage my butt cheeks :) she was so sweet about it and even massaged them through the blanket, which I thought was very respectful. I have never subscribed for massage before, but there is a first time for everything and this woman is the TRUTH!!!

I was thrilled to find a therapist who offered both massage and skin-care services, and my first visit was excellent. Pleased with her work, I even considered signing up for a subscription. Because she was fully booked in May, I scheduled my next appointment a month in advance as a form of self-care and celebration for Juneteenth. Unfortunately, in the days leading up to the session I fell ill, was studying for my dissertation, and managing my business. On the day of the appointment, I realized too late that it was set for 1 p.m., not 2 p.m. Once I noticed my mistake, I called at 1:30 p.m. to explain the situation. No one had reached out to confirm beforehand, and I hoped we could reschedule. Instead, the therapist refused-saying her time and policy without any flexibility or empathy. I understand policies exist, but good customer care also considers genuine mistakes and unforeseen circumstances. A partial fee or rescheduling option would have shown understanding. Because of this lack of compassion and professionalism, I decided not to return. A great massage means little if customers aren’t treated with respect. I expected better, especially from a Black woman, but her response was disappointingly.

I had such an amazing massage—it truly felt like therapy without words. The environment was so professional and welcoming, and I even learned a lot through the way everything was explained. I was so relaxed I actually fell asleep without realizing it! 10/10 recommend and will definitely return and refer others.
