Responsive communicators who do prompt, excellent work (I had a second generation SE Apple Watch). Truly looked like new after repair. They even gave me a price break for a second repair. Can’t recommend highly enough!!!

I’ve never had to use an iPhone repair service for my screen, so I made sure to do my research. Simply put, I couldn’t find anywhere else that had so many good reviews and good customer experiences. I only found one other place that was rated 5 stars (but way less reviews) and they couldn’t even answer my phone call. Go Fix was always politely there for every call with every question I had in mind and compared to everywhere else, they were the most affordable price I could find. The only thing that threw me off is when the technician said the repair would take 15-20 minutes when everywhere else was saying I would have to go to the store and wait at least an hour to two hours. On top of that, they come to your location for the same price! The service professional that repaired my iPhone 7’s screen was awesome and did an amazing job in the back of his work van. 15 minutes later, he hands me the phone and despite him having what seemed like a really busy and hectic day and it raining at the time, he greeted me with a smile each time. The phone screen looked brand new and perfect and I couldn’t find anything to complain or worry about. They saved me time, money, and they did the job I was hoping for. I don’t regret using Go Fix for phone screen repairs, they definitely know what they’re doing. So I’m sure their other services are just as good. I recommend this service to anyone who is or will end up in my situation of needing this kid of mobile phone repair service!
