🚨🚨🚨 DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS BUSINESS 🚨🚨🚨 This is my story: I purchased a couch in January and was promised delivery in April. When it finally arrived, it was clear the installers had no idea what they were doing. The couch showed marks where a structural reinforcement should have been installed and it never did. By September, the couch completely failed. Six months of barely using the couch. The back frame broke, the side that supports the couch collapsed, and the entire bottom caved in. This was a clear structural and manufacturing defect—not normal use. Customer service was a nightmare. Theresa, who I dealt with directly, was consistently rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. I was told I would have to pay $300 just for them to take the couch and “repair” it, despite the fact that the entire frame was broken and required replacement. Instead of taking responsibility, I was repeatedly accused of breaking the couch myself or having my children “jump on it.” After months of arguing, last Christmas she finally agreed to send technicians to replace the damaged side. When the workers arrived, she failed to give them the buzzer code, then accused me of being difficult and sent them to a different address. This was either gross incompetence or deliberate obstruction. The couch was never repaired, never replaced, and no follow-up was offered. I was eventually told I should transport the couch myself and that they would “maybe” look at it and I also had to pay for that even with a 1 year warranty that damage was not covered???? To make matters worse, I was told there was nothing they could do because their factory is in Poland and they only have a sales location in Mississauga—an excuse that should never be given to a paying customer. This company takes your money, delivers defective furniture, and then blames the customer while refusing to honor basic responsibility. Poor workmanship, zero accountability, and some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Avoid this business at all costs. 🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨

The only furniture store we truly liked in the area is Smart Furniture & Decor. Theresa provides exceptional customer service — so much so that we've decided any future furniture purchases will be from this store alone. The team goes above and beyond to ensure complete customer satisfaction. We purchased a sofa and dining table from them, and we couldn't find similar designs or quality anywhere else in the GTA. We highly recommend visiting this store at least once if you're looking for furniture for your home or office. The ambiance when you walk in is also warm and inviting, which adds to the overall experience. A big thank you to Theresa for all your help!

Firstly the furniture and decor in this store is absolutely beautiful. We stopped in accidentally after not finding anything we liked at another store nearby. I am so happy we did. We found gorgeous (and very comfortable) dining chairs and the price was very good. Canadian made as well! We wanted a minute to think about it so didn’t buy right a way. When we came back a few weeks later they remembered us! When does that happen any more? We bought the chairs, arranged for fabric protection and delivery. Only problem was we needed them within 2 weeks as we were moving and had waited so long. “No problem” they told us and they did deliver on time. They were quick with updates and reassurances throughout the entire process and they have an excellent warranty as well! So thrilled with the entire experience. They have earned a client for life!
