Was here 2020, and loved the place. Decided to come for deep cleaning. On my appointment day, one would expect the staff to get you engage with what she is doing and what she is about to do. The staff applied topical gel to my gum area, did not say anything to me, the next thing, I felt a very sharp pain, she never told me she was about to inject me, at least to get me prepared for pain. I screamed because it was very painful. You would have expected her to calm me down, rather, she said she could have hurt me with the way I jumped. I asked her what she expected me to do when she failed to carry me along with what she is doing. She was very very rude, and disrespectful. You don't touch people without explaining to them what you are going and about to do. If there is a zero star, this I would have given. I left after we both yelled at each other. Never going there again. Will call my insurance not to honor any bill because no deep cleaning was done.

At the moment, I’m not very happy with the infinity smile. I decided to come here to get those braces and the original tech that I know was specialized in fast braces is no longer there. I think as a company dealing with one single person for the last six months you could at least let someone know that she would no longer be with the company. I have little faith in the people who are taking care of me now because I have established a relationship with the person who specifically told me that she was the only person in the office that was qualified to handle fast braces. ever since she’s left I’ve had a problem after another with my teeth and with my progress. At this moment I really have minimum faith that this experience is once it goes smoothly for me for the next 6 months. The new tech I don’t even know if she knows what she’s doing. (took 30 minutes for her to put the top and bottom power chains on my braces)As of now I would not recommend for anyone to come here for braces, but I’ll update you guys when I can

I do not like going to the dentist, but the staff at Infinity Smile makes me feel comfortable and relaxed. They are very nice and professional. The hygienist was great. She explained in details the cleaning process and made sure that I did no feel any pain or discomfort while she cleaned my teeth. Keep up the good work. I will see you in 6 months.

Professional and thorough techniques to ensure quality dental care provided while giving proactive information to help prevent or reduce future dental health issues. My hygienist was awesome and extraordinarily great within her role. I recommend her and the facility with the highest grading score possible! The entire staff was friendly and professional.
