Infinity Stays - Hotel Near Medanta

I had the unfortunate experience of booking my stay at Hotel Five Elements by Claire in Sector 31, Gurgaon, and I must say it was nothing short of disastrous. From the moment I checked in, the staff demonstrated an utter lack of professionalism and courtesy. The front desk staff and even the management team are completely untrained in basic guest services – their attitude was dismissive and disrespectful, making me feel unwelcome and ignored. The hospitality at this hotel is zero. They do not know how to speak to guests, let alone provide any form of genuine service. My complaints and requests were met with indifference or outright rudeness. It’s astonishing how a place that claims to be a hospitality provider manages to be so utterly incompetent and unpleasant. I would strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to look elsewhere. Staying here was an unbelievably disappointing experience, and I would not recommend it to anyone who values basic decency or good service.

I stayed there for my anniversary in Feb 2025. Neat and clean rooms. They upgraded my room to a suite. The food was excellent, and the staff were courteous and friendly. The location is very convenient. It was a great experience all together.

Excellent service, when i saw hotel properties felling amazing. When I was use staff service. They provide the good service. Roomes are good, clean, staff facilities management provide the best service, Evening view is good.when you stay with family they provide the best service not only one area the provide the best service in every area.
