I have attended the HRSE HR Summit and Expo in October 2024 organised by Informa Connect through a visitor pass. Before joining the event, I checked multiple times with the Informa team that if there would be a certificate of participation, for which they confirmed every time, just as I had to earn credits by attending their seminars. I spent 2 days in Dubai and attended all their seminars, and on the last day of the conference, I checked again with the Informa team about the certificate, to which they confirmed that the same will be received within a month. It's almost 2 months now; I've not received the certificate, and now the Informa team is also not responding despite my multiple mail and message follow-ups. Is this kind of professional approach what these guys carry? 1st they are giving false information, and later they are not responding. I believe I got misled by them.

Outstanding training provider - Staff are competent and very helpful. Great value for money on Informa Services.
