After having bought a few items there over the past few months, trusting that they will properly inform you, they don't. I must say that I am very disappointed. Event if the service personnel seem to be a somewhat knowledgeable, don't be fool by it. Lately I went there to buy a SSD card for my Laptop. What I was ordering was very common. The shelves were empty and had to place a back order. That is the start of the nightmare. After a week I call them and then I call the main office number that was provided on the bill. I the meantime by email they told me that they didn't have it at the moment. Fine, I was expecting to get it the next week, since I told them thru email to send it as soon as they have it. The 3rd week, I called the main office again and the person that responded me told me no, that they have cancelled my order entirely without advising me of it. So she offered me to get one since they had order a bunch. Well instead of selling me one at the rebate price that I had ordered the item, they sold it to me at full price, knowing that I had ordered it at discount price. By rights they should have sold it to me at the same price that I had ordered it. I am extremely disappointed with their policies and will never buy there again. The same thing happened to my wife ordering a laptop from them in Newfoundland. They really have bad after market policies and she will not deal with them anymore. Their personnel need to be trained, this is inexcusable. They should properly inform buyers of their misguided policies that other stores use as a standard now days.

Ordered a chair online. Was to be delivered to my address the next day. Instead of delivering to my door and actual address they left it just in the doorway of our appartment building. They never let me know either. So I'm on the thrid floor expecting the chair, waiting all day for a chair that didn't come to my address. When I contacted them, they stated they delivered it and there is nothing they can do. They DID NOT deliver it to MY address. They left it in a doorway of an apartment building and because they did and didn't tell me its missing. When you talk to them they say they will look into it. They find they delivered it (somewheres) and their part is don't so open a police report. So it's on me to fix the fact they delivered it to the wrong place and went missing. If you write back, you get a chat bot that repeats to just open a police report. People who get delivery get it for a reason, and if they happen to live on the third floor (because thats the ACTUAL address put as the shipping address.. I looked in their policy, they are supposed to deliver to the door) then thats where it should go. What they are saying is to heck with seniors, disabled people, people with medical issues, and to heck with your actual address... it's on you. No money, No chair, and no one at Staples accepting blame and making it right. I don't think I'll be ordering from there any time soon. It's sad, I was really excited not only about the chair but lots of other products as well... So no Staples.. THAT WASN"T "EASY"
