Ingenious Contracting

Had we known about B&P Contracting earlier, I think we would have done the renovation earlier. B&P just renovated our lovely kitchen. Every request that we had was brought to fruition by a very skilled, efficient and hard working team. I have never seen dedication like this before. They remained on the job from the first day until the minute it was completed. Essentially we wanted a wall removed to incorporate the existing porch into the space. Then we had a window removed on the other side to incorporate our fridges and wall oven. In a matter of a few weeks our kitchen was gutted and transformed into a beautiful new space. His crew arrived on time every day and left at the sane time every evening. They always kept the space neat and dust free. Micheal and his crew are very knowledgeable and highly skilled and their work is very quality. What stood out the most was that Michael was the only contractor who actually understood what we wanted. Others woukd have done a much more extensive renovation that would have involved unnecessary expenses, labour and time. Michael was the only person who could "think outside the box". This renovation was a very pleasant experience abd I am looking forward to the next project that we have lined up. I cannot than Michael enough!

We went from this to this! The best decision we made was choosing to work with Michael and his team over at B&P Contracting. They were incredibly professional and stayed true to their timeline. Bernadette was with us every step of the way when we were choosing out the materials. I will continue to praise and support this company and look forward to doing more work with them. The guys showed up the first day and put down tarps across our floors and stairs. They were here every day before before 9am and worked steadily until 7pm with an hour off for lunch. So if you're looking for a contractor to do some renovation around your house I highly recommend B@P they are professional the work began on time with in budget and finished on schedule. PS Their guys were clean and courteous, when they left our new basement was spotless and ready for our family to enjoy. Fred and Linda
