We knew from the first meeting we had with Nick and Lisa that we wanted them to do our home renovation for us. We loved the professionalism and enthusiasm they both have and choosing Cresmark to do our Reno was the right decision! Nick and Lisa listened to everything we wanted to achieve and then helped us create our vision. Their team of builders are phenomenal. We lived in the basement while the Reno was being done and the team made sure to leave the job site tidy everyday and kept us appraised if there would be a very loud building day so we could vacate the premises. The team clearly love their jobs and brought a great energy to their work and were always happy to explain what they were doing or answer any of my questions. When building there will always be little surprises that pop up and Nick was always on hand to discuss the various options available to us and provide alternatives to how we could move forward. Cresmark sent us weekly updates on the progress of the build with pictures of what had been achieved that week. Now that the Reno is done, we will be keeping the updates as a journal of our renovation. When we started the build we had a deadline in mind for when it should be finished and Nick and Lisa met the deadline! It isn’t often that a build is finished within the expected time frame, but Cresmark did! Thank you Nick, Lisa and team for making the building process as smooth and fun as possible. You were such fun to work with, and we look forward to building with you again some day.
