My son and I had an amazing experience at Adventure Vision and Dental. The staff was kind, friendly and very warm and inviting. Dr. Lee with Vision was really cool and so was his assistant. I only ask that they switch from paper check in to electronic and online. Dental was awesome too. The only complaint is Dental could use some funding in their patient dental beds in the back. They’re all ripped up. Also the waiting room could use a good carpet steaming. Other than that great staff and providers. Look forward to returning.

I've been coming here a couple years for my son for his glasses and the people here are very polite and helpful! They really do make sure the kids are good to go overall and understanding. I appreciate them!

The vision center was amazing, professional and very welcoming. The eye doctor (Dr.Le) was cool and friendly and made my kids feel comfortable and safe. He was very informative and broke down everything I needed to know.💕

My experience at Adventure Dental today was unsatisfactory. The staff was unprofessional. My child's appointment was scheduled for 9:00 a.m., and we arrived at 8:40 a.m. Everyone that came after us was seen before us, which sparked my frustration. I waited until 10:15 a.m. before I approached the front desk to inquire about the delay, assuming they were running behind. They informed me that the bed was being cleaned and that my child would be seen shortly. However, by 10:30 a.m., they still were taking patients ahead of us, apparently what the staff member told me about the bed and my child being seen shortly was not true. Another staff member asked if I had received any assistance, to which I replied that I had not. She then took us to the back, where we waited for an additional 30 minutes without receiving any further assistance. The staff in the back office are very unwelcoming. The wait time is unreasonable. We will not return. During my wait time in the back I was able to make an appointment with another dentist office and was seen in the same day.
