This was a disappointing experience as the owner of the interior design firm never made an appearance at the site. Despite promising a delivery date of 20 days, the project remains unfinished after more than 50 days. Additionally, I am perplexed by the basis of the initial estimate provided, as everything seems to be charged separately without clear justification. Communication with the Kanha Interior team is challenging as they seldom answer calls. Furthermore, it is essential to supervise the inexperienced workforce closely, as the quality of work may suffer otherwise. Overall, this has been a frustrating and unsatisfactory encounter.
