If you are looking for a mortgage broker with great skills and exceptional customer service please look no further! Not only is Siva knoweledgeable about mortgages he treats his clients well. He will return your call no matter how busy his day gets. I have had very nasty experiences with mortgage brokers Siva is an exception! Even the worst files that no one can touch would be a challenge for Siva to conquer. I was in a very challenging situation with my mortgage because I was with a private lender. In addition, the market situation with low appraisal value made it worse. All efforts to get out of the situation failed until I was referred to Siva. He told me upfront what he could do what he could not do. Even when he started working on my file I was still not sure but to my surprise Siva surpassed my expectations and we closed my mortgage with an A bank! He is the best mortgage broker I have ever met ...He is the best!
