First experience with a personal trainer or going to a gym and I have to say, Mike truly is exceeding my expectations and made me wonder why I waited so long!!! He is very knowledgeable and explains everything clearly, also add a touch of comedy / laughs in the routine which makes it more enjoyable. I love that he documents everything and shows your progress. Love the attention to detail to ensure every rep/set you do goes a long way! Highly recommend him to anyone looking to change their life around and feel good again, you won't regret it!

One of the best training experiences I continue to have! Not only do you feel great, everything can be explained so you learn why you might be doing certain exercises. Mike is continually learning and keeping up to date with the latest training science and techniques, making sure he's well informed. He's also fully capable of working around injuries so that you can still remain active but in a totally safe and holistic fashion. Frankly, no reason to go anywhere else once you start!
