I've been suffering from neck pain, lost sleep, and headaches intermittently for the last couple weeks. Catherine conducted a thoughtful intake interview to arrive at a treatment plan to address these issues. She provided a balanced approach massage that included relaxation and deep tissue work to release some rather grumpy trigger points. I felt some referral sensations radiate into the regions in my neck and cranium that have been keeping me awake at night. After my massage she suggested some specific neck movements to mobilize the areas she treated to help prevent muscle fixation. I booked a follow up appointment in 7 days as I learned that trigger points can sometimes return with the continuation of aggravating activities (Ha, I'm probably not going to stop scrolling anytime soon, but I am going to start swimming).

Jennie is an excellent massage therapist who does a great job. The place has a nice and relaxing atmosphere. I had lower back pain, and Jennie helped a lot. She also showed me some useful stretches. I highly recommend this place and Jennie!

This is the best place in Saskatoon for a massage. I’ve gone to about a dozen others and never been really happy. Here the cupping and massage is awesome. Staff are friendly and you get what you pay for. I’ve never felt so good after leaving massage. They really care, I wish I could describe just how great they are better. I’m 110% happy here!!
