While I had a positive feedback from a client and things 90% got through, due to delay in offer letter I went with another employer who's offer I have been keeping on hold for a week. The recruitment agent knew very well I had another offer. Was surprising to see how rude and disrespectful she became over phone once she got to know I wont be going with her client. She turned unprofessional and aggressive so quickly. Some of the things she said to me "we wont be working with you anymore" and "you are making a terrible decision". As her rant and threats continued without giving me a chance to speak, I found the room to say that "I do not appreciate her tone" and "there is no need to speak to me that way or threaten me" but she simply continued. I did not loose myself or be disrespectful through the entire conversation. For this "Senior Manager" - think before you speak, you don't know who or what the opposite person is going through. You have NO right to speak that way. I'm sorry but "Hays" if this is the way you encourage your agents to treat and behave with candidates, shame on you. I don't want help from your team of bullies and will never recommend your company in any professional capacity.

I’m posting under a different name, however there is an English recruiter who called me few days ago regarding a job application, she says all good and she’ll send me an email right away and continue from there. I didn’t receive any email, I even tried following up, she just disappeared like there is no tomorrow. Kindly respect people’s feelings and stop with your false hopes, I don’t know how such people get all the trust by company owners!
