I wanted to express my appreciation and thanks for Jordana at Good Life Mount Pleasant and Davisville. Also, for Andrew H. for his continuous fabulous spin classes. I have been a member of Good Life, for over 15 years. Jordana has been a constant reminder the care, warmth and assistance I receive at Good Life as she always goes above and beyond. For any situation and/or question, Jordana is always available with a smile. She continuously makes you feel so welcomed when she checks you in on arrival and also says good bye to everyone when we leave. I am always impressed and grateful with her knowledge of all members, the assistance she gives us and her desire to make our time at Good Life the best. Andrew H. is also to be thanked as his classes are the best! I am always so impressed with Andrew’s spin classes and the time he prepares to take us through his fabulous classes. Always an enjoyable ride! I am always grateful for Mount Pleasant and Davisville Good Life, especially for Jordana and Andrew.
The gym is really clean, the weights are always organized. The vibe is always encouraging and the staff are really good. Stan, one of the motivators, is always super helpful and uplifting, if you ever had any issue he's always there to help. Overall I have had a really good experience, would definitely recommend.
Posting both the positive and not so great features. It is the staff and instructors that keep me from moving gyms. Jordana has been a staple at this location (and other locations) for years. She is pleasant, cheerful, extremely helpful (helped me set up the mobile app and class scheduling. I know when she is around the gym runs smoothly and issues can be resolved through her. Several of the instructors have been there 15+years and classes feel warm, friendly and familiar. The not so plesant....office building, low ceilings, lack of natural light and windows (a row at the one end of the gym), 2 hour parking limit (tough if doing 2 classes back to back ...be prepared to pay for parking), the lack of ideal ventilation makes the gym smell of BO and Bums!!! Jordana is gold and so fitness instructors. Best reasons to try this location.
Training with Susan Szarka at GoodLife Fitness has been a wonderful experience. Over the past 19 months I have seen such positive changes in my fitness, strength and overall well-being. Susan is not just a coach but a true supporter and friend. Her personalized approach, gentle encouragement, and deep understanding of fitness and my body have made all the difference for me. She has never made me feel bad about schedule changes and understands how to tailor sessions to my mood and needs. This means alot to me! From our first meeting, Susan took the time to understand my unique needs and goals. She created a lifestyle plan that was both manageable and effective and she is always making sure I feel comfortable and motivated. Her ability to adapt the workouts to my progress has been incredibly helpful. What I appreciate most about Susan is her genuine care, sense of humour and positivity. She celebrates my every achievement, no matter how small, and her uplifting attitude makes every session worth waking up at 7:00am! Thanks to Susan, I feel stronger, healthier, and more confident.
