My husband and I had a great trip organised by the company from 28/2-9/3/2024. We covered not only most of Mumbai itself but also to the UNESCO Ajanta & Elora caves PLUS the geoglyphs in Ratnagiri. The distances were very far though, the boss, Mr Mohammad arranged luxury and comfy car for us that made our travels easier. The tour guide trainee, spoke good English and very accommodative too. Thank you very much for such an unforgettable trip and we would like to recommended friends or anyone interested going to Mumbai or Maharashtra.

I did private slum and laundry tour.It was so amazing.My tour guide was so kind and friendly.He was the best person i’ve met in India🤗 He knows so much and taught so much to me.This tour really changed my mind about India.Thank you so so much for this amazing experience.I hope to come back soon and do another tour with you.

We went on the Dharavi tour with Zeeshan as our guide and he was so informative and interesting and able to answer all sorts of questions. It was great that he is someone who actually lived there. It is a fantastic place and nothing like I’d imagined. The industry, community and feel of the place is very special. It’s a shame that it is referred to as a ‘slum’ because the connotations of that word do not reflect the reality. I definitely recommend this tour.

First of all: Highly Recommended!!! But let’s start from the beginning! As I am working for one of the biggest airline within Europe, I have visited so many places before, but India is somehow different, magical and mysterious. I wanted to meet the people of Dharavi, see what their life/ daily business looks like. One of my colleagues recommended Inside Mumbai Tours (Mohammad) and I contacted him right away, he is super helpful and friendly, he organized the whole day and it was just beyond expectations. Dharavi is about hard working people, family businesses, migrants from all over India hoping for a better life, making more money in Mumbai. It is about recycling, reusing and producing, about a great community that helps each other! About dancing kids in the monsoon rains and big smiles seeing foreigners talking and playing with them. It is by far the most moving tour I did, it’s not about seeing poverty, it is about the challenge of life. Our tour: - Dharavi area - dhobi ghat (washing place) - Flower Market - Victoria Station - Train Ride - Gateway of India Mohammad is just the perfect Tour organizer, whatever you are interested in, he will organize the right tour for you, just text him! Our tour guide was: Rakesh He was so kind, helpful and patient at any time. He answered all our questions with so much knowledge, very good english and always a big smile! Thank you very much dear Rakesh for this great experience and possibility to meet people from your community. Our tour included the pick-up and drop off at our Hotel, our driver: Mohideen! He drove super safe, very nice and comfortable ride with him! He explained some sights on the way to Dharavi and back! Overall: I will definitely do another tour with Inside Mumbai Tours! I did many tours all around the world, but this was by far the best organization, the best tour guide and transportation! It was moving to have a insight into Dharavi and to see daily life. I felt super safe, super welcomed and it was really interesting! I recommended to all my colleagues!
