I came to this place in pretty bad condition. The information Rachel was able to provide in addition to her treatment was absolutely amazing. The more I did the homework she gave me the healthier my upper back and shoulders have become. This was after a few appointments of her actively treating the inflamed areas. The treatment she gave me was unparalleled. She very quickly was able to diagnose my issues and knew exactly what was required to resolve them.

I have received physio treatment from Julio for the past few weeks as I'm Post-op from hip resurfacing surgery. Julio is amazing and I can't be happier with my progress. He brings great energy and enthusiasm to every session, he gives you his full undivided attention and really cares about his clients. He is very knowledgeable in his field and definitely has a passion for what he does ! Our sessions are challenging but fun at the same time. He keeps things fresh unlike some P T's (from past experiences) that just do the same exercises over and over again in an attempt to stretch out their treatment plan as long as possible which ends up delaying the clients progress. I also had one session with Pablo and he is also very impressive, seems very knowledgeable and caring too ! Keep up the good work gentlemen !
