The Solar panels were purchased in 2017 and had a warranty of 20-30 years. Now they are working with only 50% capacity. Company executive are now asking original papers despite of assurance at the time of purchase. Shared all the pics and model no. But nothing fruitful..so if bill is lost you loose the 3-4 lakh Rs... Don't buy..poor product and poor after sales
