Needed a new local place for raw dog meat as were new to the area and came across this place on a brisbane dog group as it was recommended. Went in for meat for our German shepherd and didn’t really know what to get or how much. The man (I believe who is the owner) was so knowledgeable and helpful. The other staff were lovely too - top service. Was really happy with the whole experience and the variety of meats and treats they have. Will definitely be back as a regular for our fur baby’s food :)

We have been feeding our Standard Poodle raw food from Instincto since he was a few months old. He didn't tolerate dry pet food and we made the switch to raw. 6 years on he is doing fabulously, we see the vet yearly for injections and it is unusual for him to go at any other time. Our older dog is now 15, he had a history of pancreatitis but has had no issues since starting him 6 years ago as well. We can't recommend Instincto enough, the process of starting the diet was easy with the staff's expert guidance.

Sue is an absolute legend. Mostly the reason I go in. She is knowledgeable, personable and extremely lovely to all the pets and customers that come in. Sue is the reason I will always return. Plus my dogs have never been more healthier since switching to raw. Best part is they don’t use fillers in their food. Completely transparent. Super fresh produce. Highly recommend shopping here.
