L'ambiance est très apaisante et l'esthéticienne est adorable et au petit soin. Séance epilation très rapide et sans douleurs, salon très propre aussi. Seul bémol, c'est la cire utilisée pour les aisselle, je trouve que les bandelettes ne sont pas si efficaces que ça et j'aurais préférée que ça soir de la cire chaude.
