I passed by this dentist to just book an appointment but the lady at the reception got all excited and refused to let me in because I had my small dog with me . I told her I am not coming to get a treatment but just to book an appointment but there was no way she let us in saying it’s the strict rules and was quite unpleasant and disapproving. I think it is totally excessive to react that strongly and without any understanding toward a customer especially there was no way to bind your dog in front of the dentist. This shows me a disappointing and turning off side of them. One thing are rules but the other side is the dismissive reaction without any logic, especially there was no patient there and booking the appointment would be maybe 2 minutes !! Luckily are many dentists around with more kindness and help. I went to another dentist with the dog and had no problem whatsoever to book an appointment!! They lost a customer for sure, but I don’t think they care anyway! No compassion for animals no compassion for people !!
La mejor clínica sin duda, no me fío mucho de los dentistas pero este me dio confianza desde el minuto 0 y son quien me han animado a hacerme lo que necesitaba. A sido un placer y repetimos siempre, gracias por el trato y la profesionalidad de tod@s!!
El otro día me hice una higiene dental y quedé satisfecho. Lugar sencillo, limpio, agradable y con un trato excelente. Recomendable.
