Please please please GET A SECOND/THIRD OPINION. I called Integra based off the 4.9 stars and over 1,000 reviews but looking at them again it makes them all seem fake and fraud like. I called to have electricity ran from my home about 200' to a new shed on the property that we have already wired inside. When they came they said they needed to do a whole home inspection first which I thought was great since my home is older. Boy was I led down the wrong path. My inspection was nothing but negative, being told I had to keep a breaker off because my wires were overheating, that my outlets were a fire hazard, etc. Biggest concern of all is I was told there was heat damage in my breaker box. After being given the sheet (included in the pictures) I was almost hysterical that my home was unsafe, I was then given the news it would be $19,000 to fix everything and run power to the shed. Mind you that is dang near a down payment on a new house in the area. They said they need to fix the work in order to run power to my shed. They also gave me a $12,000 quote on doing just the shed hookup. I was distraught, fearful, and beyond concerned out of my mind!! I called two other local electricians and they LAUGHED when I told them there was heat damage in my breaker box, they said that doesn't happen unless there has been a fire. They checked all the wires that were "running hot" and said there was absolutely NOTHING wrong with them. They understood my house is old, and that some things were done up to code when it was rewired in previous years and that it may not be the current code on a new build but there is nothing to be concerned about. After two other companies inspected the same things they could not believe what I was being told, nor believe the whole home rewire cost. They said they could do my whole home and the shed for well under $10,000. On top of that, both other companies quoted the work for my shed hook up for UNDER $1,700 nowhere near the $12,000-$19,000 Integra quoted. I am so disappointed with Intergra. Interga had me fooled with the great communication, the text updates, the payment plans/options, and the photos they showed me that were concerns in my house. Being someone who doesn't know much about electrical work I believed them, only to be make a fool of. If you do proceed with Interga, please take caution and get others to inspect your home as well.

We needed a new bathroom exhaust fan wired in. We got someone here the next day. Adam was professional, knowledgeable and efficient with the information and work. Daron also came out to help with the job and he was informative, professional and effective to get the job done right the first time. We have never had to hire a professional electrician but it was more affordable than we thought - we will always call Integra from now on! Thank you for saving the day for these “DIY”ers!

Kaleb inspected our electrical connectivity and provided insight into areas of our house that are no longer up to code and provided details about what each item was and why it was important. Additionally, we had him investigate and fix two outlets and a light switch that have been giving us issues since we've moved into our home. When he left, our outlets and switch were fixed and we were informed of other electrical issues that could arise and what to look for. He was friendly and very professional. In terms of price, I didn't shop around so I can't say how it compares, but I was happy with the service.

Adam was one of the most polite people I've worked with in a very long time! Adam called ahead then got to my home on time, he was friendly and easy to communicate with. This was only the beginning of installing my smart doorbell. He put together 3 options, including replacing some older items, for me to choose a no pressure plan. He answered all my questions and made sure I understood his explanation. Adam put on and removed shoe protection each time he went in and out my front door. He took care of several electrical outlets by getting the wiring done according to code to correct the voltage. I'm very happy with my new smart doorbell. Adams customer service was above and beyond what I've experienced in years! Thank you Adam! Keep up the great work. My new experience with Integra Electrical - I appreciate the great customer service over the phone with Christopher. Always helpful and apologetic when my original appointment date time had to be delayed a day due to an electrical outage and working with Mid America, in a residential area of the city. Last, but I'm sure not least is Damon who came to my home with some supplies for Adam. Damon was very polite, helpful, easy to talk to, answering all my questions in a way that I understood - electricity is a very complex subject. Damon asked about my fire detectors, checked the voltage in many outlets and looked over the electrical box in my basement. He did a very complete job, then reviewed it with me, answering all my questions These three Integra Electrical employees are top notch. Going forward I would call Integra Electrical for my electrical needs.
