I had failed back surgery years ago, and no chiropractor would touch me. I was referred to Dr. Ashby and he has helped me so much with my back pain! I switched my PCP to Integrated Health as well. As a retired RN I can honestly say that Dr. McCain is brilliant and has great bed side manners! I've also had acupuncture, PT, massages and nutritional support for my neuropathy, all under one roof! I can text them during business hours, the staff members are so sweet and respond immediately. Highly recommend Carterville office!

I have been a patient at Integrated Health since 2021 and have utilized many of their services-- chiropractic, PT, behavioral health, and massage therapy. Everyone at the clinics from scheduling, assistants, and providers are professional and kind, making sure the clients' well-being is at the heart of what they do. Most recently I have been bringing my pre-teen daughter to Dr. Ashby for chiropractic care. He has been helping relieve the pain she has with a hypermobility disorder. She feels very comfortable with him and is having great results. Today while there I asked if he had openings in his schedule soon-- I have been in a lot of pain recently as well. He managed to work me in right after her adjustment. I left today feeling much better than I did when I walked in. Paige, his assistant, is also wonderful and great to work with.

PUGGED POETRY

I have been without my medication for 2 months now. I got the blood work done. I brought the blood work results into the appointment with the PA jordan. And she said she was going to send them to Eric over at core Pharmacy which she did. They have them. He changed my medication amounts because of my blood work. And core Pharmacy claims they've contacted this place and all they need is for Jordan the PA to call and approve the changes. That's all they need. I have called this place over and over and over again and all I get is we'll take care of it will send a message to Jordan. None of that happens. For 2 months now I have been without needed medication. I believe this has now risen to the level of medical malpractice and if I don't have my medication in the next week I will be calling a lawyer.

Two weeks ago I couldn’t stand up or walk but a few steps; now I can. Dr Scott is amazing — the first chiropractor to adjust me near my lower back surgical area. Also, the support staff are so sweet and helpful.
