Outstanding experience from start to finish – truly white-glove service We had our roof replaced, fascia repaired, and several window screens fixed after hail damage, and I honestly cannot say enough good things about this company. From beginning to end, the experience was exceptional. Our project manager, Carlos, was hands down the best contractor experience I’ve ever had. He was incredibly communicative, honest, and patient, and consistently set clear and realistic expectations. I’m someone who likes to understand all the details to make sure we’re making the right decisions, and Carlos took the time to walk me through every option in an educational, pressure-free way. He never came across as “salesy” or tried to push unnecessary work—just professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. What truly set Carlos apart was how he handled our insurance company. Our claim was initially declined based on information that was clearly inaccurate. Carlos didn’t brush it off or leave us to figure it out ourselves—he went above and beyond to do the proper due diligence, took the right photos, documented everything thoroughly, and patiently worked with our insurance company to prove his case. Because of his persistence and attention to detail, our insurance company ultimately approved the roof replacement. That level of advocacy is rare and incredibly appreciated. Throughout the entire process, Carlos communicated proactively, showed immense patience, and delivered true white-glove service. I honestly can’t remember a better experience I’ve ever had with a contractor. The owner, Geoffery, was also a pleasure to work with—professional, accommodating, and very clear and concise in explaining how everything would be handled, which gave us a lot of confidence in the process. We were referred to this company by a friend, and without hesitation, we will now be referring them to our own friends and family. Integrated Roofing is a good company. My roofing was done perfectly and also provided Impact Resistant certificate for my roof, which helped me to save lots on my home insurance.
