It was my first time at the clinic and Nick was fantastic, tacking me in on short notice when I was dealing with bad back pain and provided excellent care. We got a referral to this place from our family doctor because my 15 year old daughter had unexplained swelling of her right knee that comes and goes. We went to one of the doctors, Dr. White who recommended a session or two with physiotherapy. I explained clearly to the doctor that we can only afford one session and he assured us that the physiotherapist will receive his diagnosis and recommendation and will provide her with proper consultation and initial training on how to carry on with the physiotherapy. The same promise was given by the reception when we booked the appointment. At the day of the appointment, we went to the physiotherapy, the physiotherapist, Nick, spent about 15 minutes recollecting the same information that was collected by Dr. White in the previous appointment in the same clinic. My daughter then felt dizzy and lost her balance so Dr. White came and checked on her. After that, the physiotherapist kept on talking and repeating almost the same information that we heard from the doctor. He didn’t show her any moves, because she was feeling dizzy, and when we asked him to show her how to do the moves instead of letting her do it, he said that he will provide us with instructions of what needs to be done. We left, paid the 150 CAD consultation fee and waited for a week before receiving an email from the physiotherapist. He mentioned a couple of movements without any further explanation. I sent him an email asking to give clearer instructions that she can follow like videos or illustrations but never got any reply. The appointment was a complete loss of time and money, he kept on talking about what she needs to do without any real intervention. Honestly we could’ve just googled what needs to be done and it would’ve come up with more useful and clearer details.
