We've hired IntegriMark for a bathroom and kitchen renovation in a Victorian house in Hamilton. This was more than just renovations, rather a transformation. First of all, IntegriMark, unlike many other contractors we reached, came on site first to evaluate the project and quote precisely: as a result, out of 12 contractors contacted, they have been the most precise in reflecting our specifications, and the cheapest as well. During execution, Phil was checking progress on a daily basis and was asking for feed-back regularly. As this is an old house, there has been little surprises as we were uncovering what's "behind the walls", but all structural, asbestos, plumbing, HVAC and electrical work was managed professionally. We actually started with the bathroom project first, as a test, and did not hesitate, a few months later, to jump into the bigger kitchen project with IntegriMark. and we would definitely do it again for any future project.

We contracted Integrimark to finish our basement. From start to finish of the project they were knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. They listened to our plans for the basement and then gave us good suggestions that helped us finalize our design. They provided a detailed estimate of the cost and of all the work required to finish the basement. Throughout the project they took the time to explain each step of the work and to answer any questions we had. They did excellent work. We are very pleased with our finished basement.

We contracted with Integrimark for an aging-in-place renovation. From the start, their emphasis on transparency, professional workmanship, long-term relationships with suppliers, client satisfaction and giving back to the community impressed us. Their assistance in developing our plan and finding materials was hugely important due to health-related limitations on our capacity to do our own legwork. Unfailingly courteous (and often funny), the team kept in close touch about challenges that arose, and came up with resourceful ways to address the quirks of our older building. They rolled with late-breaking good ideas, and were highly responsive to concerns and special requests. Contrary to the frequent image of contractors, they did stellar work, and we always felt like they had our back. Very highly recommended!
