I sought out estimates from 5 roofing companies, both far and near. At the end of the day picking Integrity Roofing was easy. Brandon, who has ownership in the company came out on a Saturday for me because of my working schedule. He climbed on top of the roof and did a thorough inspection. When he done he presented me with 3 separate pricing options. They were “good”, “better” & “best”. These options represented the warranties and life expectancy of the roof for each grade of shingle. He also offered an option of fortifying my roof. Fortification was new to me but after some investigation, my State Farm agent told me about the massive savings to my insurance cost if I were to fortify my roof. The option of fortification was a no brainer. Not only did it offer me significant savings on the cost of my homeowners insurance, it also offered me assurance that my roof stood a better chance of withstanding hurricane winds & damage. Fortification also paid for itself in 3 ½ years just from the insurance savings. Integrity came when promised to put my new roof on. His crew was both courteous and professional. There was a project manager on site during the whole installation process. After getting my roof stripped down to the bare wood, they identified many places where water has been intruding under the shingle & paper barriers. They replaced all wood, both decking and rafters that were water damaged. They also arranged to have all my siding, soffit and facia that was damaged over the years to be fixed and replaced. After all the repairs, then they began fortifying my roof with all the extra things that needed to be done before any shingles or barriers were applied. After the fortification was completed to the wood decking, an outside inspector from Knock Out came out to inspect, and this was included in the pricing for the fortification process. Knock Out certifies that the fortification process was done correctly. Then the higher class shingles along with the new barrier materials were put on my roof. The whole process from tear off to completion was only a 1 ½ days. They completely cleaned up the area, swept it with a magnet checking for any nails that might have been missed in the clean-up. To top it all off, they even helped me secure financing to make this process so much more affordable. The moral of my story and experience is, if you need a roof, you definitely should call Integrity. Bruce LaFata
