They prioritize motivating teachers to drive student performance, neglecting their ability to address student inquiries. During my visit to the school, I happened to overhear a workshop where a teacher was pronouncing the "TH" sound as a "Z" sound. But the teacher's act conveys unwavering confidence in her pedagogy, leaving a lasting impression on her students. 😳 2. Their lengthy and unpaid teacher selection process further undermines their credibility. By conducting selection processes without any actual vacancies, they waste the time and effort of potential candidates. I trust that you will not be disheartened by this critique, but rather perceive it as a valuable opportunity for your organization to address this areas of concern.
