Based on the other reviews, the lockers are supposed to be utilized in a timely manner, and when you dont pick up your order it will be sent back, because you are holding up space for other Amazon members. and since we are complaining about that, my items always get sent back because of people NOT picking up their darn items, in respect to the time frame Whole foods being open, I agree 9pm is kinda early, but hey, would you want the locker to be in a Bar? or police station? Anyway, I started using the lockers ever since i moved to the area, very convenient and quick to get my items, A solid 4 stars as my only wish is that we get more lockers in and around Markham and surrounding areas.

I’ve used this hub location inside Whole Foods a few times, and it’s conveniently located near the exit doors. I usually combine a pick up with some shopping. I still think it’s fun to scan the bar code on my phone, and wonder which locker will open – lol. There were times when my order was on the very top, so thankfully my better half was with me. If you’re not that tall, you may have to ask an employee to help you. There is an option on Amazon to choose a lower locker, but I keep forgetting to check that box.
