Beware of this unprofessional team! We paid an advance of ₹40,000, after which they completely stopped responding to our calls and messages. All we had asked for was a simple cost breakup to understand how much we were paying per item, but they refused to share it. We never asked them to stop the work; they did so on their own and are now refusing to return our advance amount. We are in the process of filing a complaint with the Consumer Forum to recover our ₹40,000. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience, would never recommend this unethical company to anyone.
