Horrible company. Couldn't deliver a package if their lives depending on it. Drivers running late they just say can't deliver. Been delivering to me for over 2 years. All of a sudden the driver says can't deliver on 5 ton road. Doesn't apply to local delivery. If that was true we wouldn't get anything delivered. Do your driver's have actually commercials licenses. Please do better. Your company ranks alongside Swift

Driving on the QEW early a.m. witnessed MIDLAND semi driving in the left hand passing lane during a blizzard. Reckless and stupid driver. Dec 5 2024. This was around Grimsby. His licence should be revoked. Tried to get his plate number but couldn't see it it was so dirty

The staff at customer service are good but the service is poor. On May 23rd 2023 I scheduled pick up for two pallets and was told it be would picked up by 5:00pm as this is the time we closed for the day, nobody showed. Called in the morning and explained nobody showed and was I told they show at 6:00pm and where not able to pick up because we where closed. I don't know why they show up at 6:00pm as they where informed that we closed at 5:00 pm. So they arranged another pickup for May 24th, this time the truck showed up but had no more for 2 pallets, so again called customer service to ask what was going on the these needed to be in Moncton New Brunswick for Monday a.m. and I was told they could send another truck at 7:00pm, so I came back to the office and the pallets where finial picked up. I decided to give them a second try for another 2 pallets June 22nd and guess what happen again the same problem nobody showed, again called customer service and they told me no truck was available on June 22 for pick up. Once again re-scheduled for pickup today June 23 for 2:30pm again nobody showed and called customer service which told me they could not pickup today either. In the end cancelled my pickup with they and will never use them again or recommended them to anyone for any of there services.
