Traveling from California for a roadtrip to Oregon, our 2012 Toyota Prius showed a check engine light. The local Toyota dealer was unable to provide a diagnosis (no room on their schedule). To the rescue is Reid’s Mobile Mechanic. I booked him for him to come out and diagnose our issue a day later. Reid is a professional mechanic, very responsive and a kind and friendly man. Maybe more important, he is a very knowledgeable and skilled mechanic. He made a thorough diagnosis and after providing me with the estimated cost of the repair that had to be done he got the parts and completed the repair in short order. I’m very happy with his work and professional and efficient attitude. Well done Reid and thank you for getting us back on the road!

Reid is one of the best mechanics I’ve met - and as someone with a very old truck I’ve met a lot. He was incredibly fast, explained everything in detail so I knew what we were looking at and how it worked, and was able to make time in his schedule to work with me over the weekend. I certainly would pick him over any mechanic when I’m in bend, and I really cannot thank him enough - I was quoted twice the amount for the same job in another town and I would’ve been without my truck for several days. Reid got the job done in 3 hours!! STELLAR SERVICE!!

He was able to get my appointment in asap, and he was very quick and efficient in diagnosing and fixing the transmission issue in my car.
