Rubbish and selfish driving! Driving down the A38 in Birmingham in the outside lane for a long time and not moving into the inside lane slowing up and ruining the traffic flow whilst also driving through a big puddle too fast! After eventually moving back to the inside lane for a brief period moves back to the outside lane! Poor driving from a "professional driver"
