Customer experiences
We were brought here as part of a free Cancun shopping tour organised by our hotel, Ocean CoralandTurquesa. This shop has an extensive variety of jewellery and various artefacts displayed on two floor levels. Since we visited as part of a resort organized trip, we were given an intriguing presentation on tequilas and had a tasting session also. I tried out some unique tequila flavours, which I enjoyed so much that I purchased some bottles for my trip home. Customer service was also great. Regrettably, I could only afford to buy like 3 bottles, and I blew through 2 already. Lol. I will definitely save to buy more on my next trip as these tequila are so good.
Truely Disappointing Experience Visited as part of an excursion. Because this service is provided free by the resort, which states shopping , free tequila tasting! But DONT FALL FOR THIS FREE TRIP. This is total SCAM of your trip. Why? Because they are taking you to their single store and you cannot even go outside but confined to their store! The tequila tasting was fun and a good start, but things went downhill quickly. We were followed closely and felt a lot of pressure to buy something. After declining to purchase the chain for the “free” pendant, we were told to just go upstairs and wait for our transportation. There was no choice you are kind of locked and waited for your ride now. Prices are ridiculously high for any piece of jewelry and a quality and material made in Turkey and not local 😮 The tequilas they were selling. Outside market for same stuff is less than 3/4 price!! It felt like we weren’t welcome to browse unless we were buying. Others in our group who made a purchase were allowed to look around freely. We would have liked to explore more, but the pushy approach and treatment left a bad impression. Next stop is a souvenir gift store along with all you can eat tacos. When we asked we will try some Tacos. They said all the members of the group has to sit one time and order together. And when we all sat, now they say it will take a hour to serve!! When we ordered finally it came, we had to buy the water, each bottle of water costed $13 USD ( so be careful) and then he brings a bill which is around $300 USD to our surprise and when questioned he says you just have to sign and not pay! But there is tip of 20% you need to pay?? When we specifically asked is it must then they said it’s recommended!! At that time we really felt this is all a BIG SCAM in luring tourists with free ride but confining to their own single store. A big lesson learned. Prices are ridiculously high. Their customer service is very very rude and so called family business sucks! Never go to this free service your resort offers! Waste of time money and energy. AVOID AVOID!! Not recommended.

My wife had purchased a very nice color changing bracelet from the company's satellite store in the Intercontienal Hotel back in March of 2024. The bracelet lasted less than a week on her wrist before a stone fell out. Because she was there on vacation and we do not live in Cancun, we did not get back to Cancun until about 1 year later in March of 2025. To the stores credit, they took the piece back and "fixed" it. Because the hotel store holds odd hours I was unable to get with the sales person, Alexandro, until 1 day prior to leaving the resort. Alexandro stated that he would send the piece out to the main store to get it professionally repaired and have it back the same day. I was able to pick up the "fixed" bracelet before we left and Alexandro assured me the entire bracelet was checked. Well, we are back in the states 2 days after the "fix" and another stone fell out. Hopefully, a representative from the store will reach out and we can come to a resolution. Otherwise, buyer beware.
