I have used this company for 10 plus years since the beginning of my business. For the first several years there was very slow growth on my website and eventually it did grab some attention but unfortunately still not enough. About a year and a half ago something happened to where my website went from decent traffic literally to zero traffic in about a month. Come to find out my account manager who I'd had some issues with in the past was let go from the company. As a result my website and account did not receive a new account manager for probably 3/4 of a year until I found out that I was not getting any traction from my website and looked into it. After consulting third party SEO companies to find out that my website went flat for about a year. When I contacted this company about the problem they recognized it was a problem and I told him that I was in contact with other companies potentially to switch. They said that they would ask for 3 months to no charge to try and turn my website around. I agreed and it's been 3 months I have reconsulted two different third party SEO companies and both have said that they are not doing the correct things to optimize my website. Furthermore when my website started to fall down last year I hired them to manage a Google ads campaign to which it cost me a lot of money and had no return on investment. Currently I decided to manage my own Google ads campaign and as I was going through it I could see what this company had set up for me a year ago and it was a joke. In a matter of about 3 hours on the phone with Google I was able to optimize this campaign to reach over 600 impressions and over a 24-hour period. I would highly recommend not hiring this company if you are looking for SEO services or Google ads services.

Reliable Appliance

I have a very small business in Colorado Springs and was looking to change SCO's. I scheduled a call with Michael, and after looking into my company and telling him my concerns, he informed me that this may not be a good fit. Here is the impressive part, he proceeded to spend the next 2 1/2 hours going over my website and explaining where it was lacking. To quote Albert Einstein, “You don't really understand something unless you can explain it to your grandmother.” In the next 2 1/2 hours, he patiently explained what was going on... I understood the basic dynamics of SEO. He knew I was not a candidate, he knew he wouldn't be paid. He figured out what was going wrong and told me how to fix it. I offered to pay him for his time and would not accept any money, even chuckeled. Talk about integrity. Talk about compassion and genuine altruism. I'm 65 years young, and you just don't see this kind of benevolence anymore. When the call was finished, I felt a little better about humanity. If my company ever grows to 5 million, I know who I'm calling!
