Stayed here for one night. For the price point, it’s reasonable for the room I chose. Everything was generally clean, but the chairs and tables at the balcony were damaged badly plus the floor was slippery cause it kept raining. Also, it was noisy throughout from the other rooms and corridors. The location was great, many food options and it’s mostly sheltered. Receptionist were great too.

The hotel service was good and relatively friendly. The receptionist and cleaning staff were always friendly. I got room 204, which was clean and comfortable, although small and not soundproof. The hotel's location is very strategic, close to two MRT stations and a bus stop. Mustafa Center is only a 12-minute walk, and Aperia Mall is only a 6-minute walk. I highly recommend this hotel!

The room was too small. No space to get down on the bed side. Only option is to jump from Bed.Breakfast was limited choice, but it was very good and freshly cooked with enough for tummy.Shortage of staff. so, one person running here and there.I really don't understand this 4-star rating. 2 star is more appropriate.

Jamaal was great at magic and darts his joke with chow chow Mickey Mouse made us laugh me and my family had an amazing time staying here I'd recommend coming here again for all inclusive the entertainment team was solid.
